Rules
  • Free Registration!
  • You may participate in as many contests as you wish!
  • Users (site visitors) must log in to www.eurohund.de either by Facebook or Google or login form and follow the steps to participate in the contest.
  • The contest entries are allowed for all dog breeds and races.
  • Multiple entries are not allowed; users can register/participate with only one dog in the active contest. Registered entries are available on the profile screen.
  • The top 3 winners are ineligible to participate in the next two contests.
  • Any site visitor can vote for a dog every 15 minutes at www.eurohund.de. The voting system is secure and easy.
  • The contest result will be available to all site visitors
  • The winner will be selected based on the final votes. There is no limit to the number of votes a dog can receive. The final votes are calculated based on Contest votes and Reward votes. Final Votes = Contest Votes + Reward Votes Contest Votes: Earned by using the vote button Reward Votes: Earned by playing the game
  • According to the contest terms, each person is allowed one vote every 15 minutes. Please read the detailed online voting terms in the contest terms and conditions. Violation of the contest rules and terms will result in the entry being deleted or blocked without prior warning or notice. If we detect any suspicious activity, such as attempting to win the contest using fake or spammed votes, the entry will be blocked without prior warning or notice and removed from the final results.
  • Participants can check their votes in their profile at any time.
  • Participants can check their current rank/position at any time.
  • Participants can check their nearby competitors on the View Rank page (Login -> My Entry -> View Rank).
  • In the event of any disputes, the organizers and eurohund.de reserve the right to disqualify any entry and/or retract any award from the participant. All decisions made by the organizers are final and binding in all aspects of the competition.
  • The decision of eurohund.de and organizers will be final and binding on every participants concerned on all matters and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  • Eurohund.de and the organizers reserve the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these rules without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the participants to check the campaign site periodically for any updates, amendments, or modifications.
  • Participation in the contest is available only for users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • You can upload only one photo per participant. Once you upload a photo, you cannot change, edit, or modify it. So, choose the best photo of your dog.
  • Users can earn reward votes by playing the Spin Wheel game and can assign these votes to their participants in the ongoing contest.
  • We may request age verification for the winning dogs. If there is a discrepancy in the age provided, your prize will be canceled, and your entry will be disqualified.
  • Currently, prize distribution is available only for users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • If the final vote count is the same for participants, the rank will be determined based on "Contest Votes" and the participation date. Participants with higher "Contest Votes" will have higher priority in rank. If "Contest Votes" are also the same, the participant who joined the contest earlier will have higher priority in rank.

Our community brings together many different people. Please respect each and every individual, and remember that not everyone shares your ideas or beliefs. Thus, please remain polite and respectful with anything and everything concerned with this website.

Upload the contents that you have created

Please respect property rights. This means the following : do not take the work of others and use it as your own.

Moderate your contents

You and only you are responsible for what you publish on EuroHund. In case of an error on your part, we will intervene so that your contents correspond to the EuroHund's rules.

What is not permissible

This is what happens. In most cases, if there is wrongdoing, we give our members a second chance. This means that if you break one of our rules, we will send you a warning. If, however, insults and/or infractions are too grave for understanding and fair play, we reserve the right to block your account and your photos without further delay.

Do not upload contents which do not belong to you.

This applies to photos taken by a third party, as well as any other element found on the Internet. Accounts which dedicate a large amount of material taken from a third party will be deleted from the website.

Don't forget your children !

Please filter your contents responsibly. If you are about to upload a photo that you would hesitate to show to a child, your mother, or to Uncle Thomas - this means that you should not publish it in any way, shape or form. Please ask yourself such questions when adding contents online, and react as your conscience tells you. If you do not act according to basic social rules and respect, two things will happen following a formal evaluation of your account contents: it will either be modified by EuroHund, or deleted. In order to protect our children from the dangers that the Internet may pose, we are at times obliged to delete certain photos which we find inappropriate (children too unclothed; in too sexually suggestive poses; with too much make-up, etc.). Please recognize our policy now in order to avoid your photos being removed.

Your profile should not contain any photo of any inappropriate content.

If we at EuroHund find any inappropriate content (nudity, suggestive poses, excessive make-up), we will immediately delete the photo, modify your account and send you a warning. If we catch you doing it again, we will delete your account.

Avoid all illegal or forbidden content

If any illegal content is posted online, your account will immediately be deleted. Moreover, we reserve the right to inform the authorities of your actions.

You may not use this site to release your frustrations against the world.

EuroHund is a site for the enjoyment and pleasure of all. Do not be a disagreeable user, and do not abuse and/or insult other users. EuroHund was not created for people to harass, insult, cheat or intimidate other people. We reserve the right to alter and/or delete your account if we receive legitimate claims and complaints about your behaviour on EuroHund.
